Role Description
The Client Success Support Associate position will be responsible for managing relationships with The Giving Block’s nonprofit basic clients and providing support across the client base. You will be responsible for managing the relationship from the time they finish onboarding and will continue to manage the relationship acting as a first point of contact to support their journey with The Giving Block. This role will focus heavily on client satisfaction, ensuring they have the support and tools they need to successfully launch their organization into the crypto philanthropy sector and throughout their relationship with The Giving Block.
General Responsibilities
Responsible for managing a portfolio of nonprofit basic clients and providing technical and general support to all client inquiries
Drive customer satisfaction through chat, email and video conference communications
Proactively improve processes and services to continually optimize our client success pipelines
Administer nonprofit fundraising resources in conjunction with the Client Success Managers
Create client assets based on common themes, feedback, and needs
Communication to nonprofits on key product and service updates and opportunities
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Maintaining Integrity of client Data
Processing client forms and requests
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the client service process
Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Client Success Managers, Marketing, Leadership and other key stakeholders to continually optimize the client journey
Required Skills / Experience:
Experience managing relationships with clients and a pipeline of clients, preferably nonprofits
Demonstrate strong organizational, communication and people skills along with the ability to prioritize under pressure
Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple systems
Project Management
Highly motivated to improve and create new processes for efficiency
Passion for the cryptocurrency industry and/or nonprofit industry
Self-motivated and enjoys working in a startup environment
Optional: Experience with HubSpot
